Lady GaGa sa stala tretia umelkyňa v 16-year history of the Mainstream Top 40! Sú to hneď 3. piesne No.1 z jej albumu The Fame. Pieseň Love Game, Poker Face ktorá sa udržala na rebríčku 5 týždňov a pieseň Just Dance ktorá sa udržala 2 týždne. Jej album je tiež úspešný, predalo sa viac než 1.162.000 kópií. Pred ňou to bol Ace of Base a Avril Lavigne.
